The Anglia Ruskin University is in Essex, to the north-east of London, with a campus divided between the two towns of Cambridge and Chelmsford. The MBA programme modules in England primarily take place at the Ashcroft International Business School (AIBS) in Chelmsford.
Chelmsford is the county town of Essex and a main business centre for the area. It was founded in the Middle Ages and has a charmingly preserved city centre complete with a medieval cathedral. Chelmsford is approximately one hour away from London by train.
Scholarly learning in Cambridge has a long and renowned tradition and, together with Oxford, it is the oldest and most important university in England. Cambridge, a small town of approximately 100,000 inhabitants, is about 90 km north-east of London.
The town is a main shopping and service centre for the surrounding area and, as a university town, has a wide range of social, cultural and leisure activities. Cambridge is slightly more than one hour away from London by train.
